1. Information We Collect
DavidFL.com collects information visitors choose to submit through the online intake forms, including guided-question responses for buying, selling, relocation, property pricing reviews, and general real estate questions. Condo purchases and investment-property transactions are handled through those same paths. Submitted information can include name, email address, phone number, area or property interest, budget, timeline, and the page you came from.
The site only collects information you submit; required fields are limited to what is needed to follow up with you.
2. How We Use Your Information
Submitted information is used to review your inquiry, prepare a personal follow-up by David, send you a confirmation email, and organize the inquiry for follow-up (including an automated summary and an internal lead-priority score).
DavidFL.com does not sell or rent personal information.
3. Automated and AI Processing
Submissions may be processed by an automated service (OpenAI) to produce a short summary of your inquiry so David can prepare for follow-up. If the automated service is unavailable, the site uses a built-in fallback summary instead.
Automated summaries and the internal lead-priority score are used for organization only. David personally reviews every inquiry and responds directly.
4. Data Storage and Security
Submissions are transmitted securely and stored in the site database. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the site and follow up with you.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
5. Analytics
The application does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are enabled.
6. Service Providers
DavidFL.com uses a small number of service providers to operate online intake: a database provider stores submissions, an email provider (Resend) delivers notifications and confirmation emails, and an AI provider (OpenAI) produces inquiry summaries. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
7. Data Retention
Submitted inquiries are kept as long as needed to follow up and to maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time; see Your Rights below.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing David Lopez. To protect your information, requests may require enough detail to verify the record and identify the requested change.
