Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

1. Information We Collect

DavidFL.com collects information you voluntarily provide through contact forms and structured-intake conversations. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property details, real estate goals, preferences, and other information relevant to your inquiry.

The application may also temporarily process technical request information, such as an IP address, to limit excessive submissions and protect the intake service from misuse. This information is not stored as part of the lead record by the current implementation.

2. How We Use Your Information

I use the information to understand your inquiry, prepare for consultations, communicate with you, and organize follow-up. The application may also classify the inquiry, create an internal summary, identify details that may need attention, and suggest an internal follow-up action.

These internal fields help organize submitted inquiries. They do not replace my personal review or determine whether services will be offered. DavidFL.com does not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Automated and AI Processing

The application creates internal summaries, classifications, flags, and suggested follow-up actions from contact-form and structured-intake submissions. When OpenAI is configured, the information submitted through either interface may be sent to OpenAI to assist with the internal summary. When OpenAI is not configured, the application uses deterministic templates instead.

These outputs are organizational tools. I review the submitted information personally and do not treat an automated or AI-generated output as a substitute for my own review or professional judgment.

4. Data Storage and Security

Contact-form and structured-intake submissions are stored in the application database. The stored record may include the information you submitted and internal fields created to organize the inquiry, such as its type, source, summary, score, flags, status, and suggested follow-up.

Access is intended for David Lopez and the application services needed to process and deliver the inquiry. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

5. Analytics

The application does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are enabled.

6. Service Providers

When Resend is configured, DavidFL.com sends contact details and inquiry information through Resend to deliver lead notifications and visitor confirmation emails. When OpenAI is configured, information submitted through the contact form or structured-intake dialog may be sent to OpenAI to create an internal summary.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. If a service is not configured, the related processing does not occur through that provider.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations. You may request deletion as described below, subject to any records that must be retained.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing David Lopez. To protect your information, requests may require enough detail to verify the record and identify the requested change.

9. Contact

For questions about this policy, contact David at david@davidfl.com.
